  • Starting to dance was one of the best things I’ve decided to do – period. Not only has it allowed me to discover an aptitude for it (IMO, and I’m possibly biased), but it has improved my confidence and is correcting the bad posture I’ve had for the past 40 years.

    Part of me regrets not having started 20 years ago (or more) – but another part of me realizes that if I had, I may not have ever met these people who have helped me grow so much.
